All of the bees in our bee hives are wild bees and they would go around the whole mountain searching for flower to make honey. The honey that they made could be from hundreds of different kinds of flower. Most other honey production company are closely tight to a friut farm that only collects from one certain kind of flower. By being able to have access to variety of flower our bees are going to be more healthy and the honey that they produce will be more trust worthy. More over, the honey that we harvest only happens once a year and every time when we harvest we would leave some in their hives to make sure that they will not have a hard time over the winter. This is also different from common bee production companies that harvest at least twice a year. So that our honey would have a higher quality because those bees have worked a year long for the honey.
